Six national technical regulations on environment for imported scrap were released by The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in September 2018 and took effect from 29th October 2018, covering paper scraps, plastic scraps, iron and steel scraps, non-ferrous metal scraps and blast furnace slag dust (slag granulated, slag sand from the iron or steel industry) scraps as well as glass scraps.
