Further Announcement of CCC Certification Catalogue and Implementation Reform CCIC London Company Limited

Since the issuance of No. 11 announcement by the State Administration for Market Regulation and Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA) on 11 June 2018, there is a further update to this announcement. As of the date of the announcement on 3 Dec 2018, compulsory certification management is no longer applicable for 12 products. CNCA shall cancel the designated scope of compulsory product certification involving relevant certification bodies and laboratories. And the designated certification body shall cancel the issued CCC certificates for these products.

Self-declaration evaluation method can be applied to 4 products. Relevant enterprises can either choose to be certified by the designated certification body through the existing methods, or prove the products can continuously comply with compulsory product certification requirements through self-declaration according to Self-declaration Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification to complete product conformity information submission.
