According to recent SAMR (State Administration for Market regulation) Announcement No.34 2019:
· From 1 October 2019, explosion protection equipment, household gas appliances and household refrigerators with effective capacity of more than 500L will fall under CCC scope.
· From 1 October 2020, these products will not be allowed to leave factory, to be imported, sold and marketed in China without obtaining CCC certificates and affixing the CCC mark.
The following is a list of explosion protection electrical equipment that require CCC certification from 1 Oct 2019.

SAMR has also published new CCC implementation rules which regulate the relevant products: CNCA-C23-01:2019 and CNCA-C24-01:2019.
